With just two weeks for preparation and with most suppliers fully booked due to the holidays, Paulyn’s birthday celebration is the very definition of a clutch win.

Guests were treated to an enchanting wonderland, complete with twinkling candlelight, sophisticated design elements from the floral tunnel entrance, the spacious and carefully designed tablescapes, all embraced by the old-world glory of Palacio de Memoria. It was truly an evening to remember and a resounding success for everyone.

The venue was styled with touches of subtle pink to highlight the innocence and feminine grace of the celebrant. These design choices accentuated the old-world feel of the venue and made the space seem lost in an ethereal time.

A true feast for the eyes, the tablescapes for Paulyn’s debut make use of floral elements, gentle colors, and soft textures.

Even the cutlery and plates in metallic pink tones were chosen specifically to match Paulyn’s personality and call to mind the beautiful woman she has grown to be.

The star of the night, Paulyn glowed all throughout her celebration and was bathed in soft lights, colors, and the warm smiles of her loved ones.

With only 60 guests in total, both debutant and her the attendees were able to truly enjoy this coming-of-age celebration.

Paulyn’s dress served as the capstone for her special day. Its light shade of green, almost silver from certain angles, contrasted beautifully with the overall pink motif of the venue. The stitching and embroidery of the gown were delicate enough that they did not take the crowd’s attention away from the celebrant herself, but still sophisticated that they complete the debutant’s look and fit in perfectly with the styled surroundings. The gown was a design element that emphasized the natural beauty of the celebrant and gave her a commanding yet gentle aura.

My siblings and I wanted a laidback yet sophisticated ambience for my mom’s 50th birthday. Hence, we draped delicate string lights from the ceiling and spread blush hue florals and decor around the room to achieve the look. And of course, we made sure to include touches of red to celebrate 50 years of life.
